The Eagles held firm in the face of adversity, maintaining a clean sheet and creating numerous chances to secure the draw.
"What a massive point this is under the circumstances," Glasner exclaimed to Palace TV. "We were low on confidence after two heavy defeats, and then to lose Chris Richards just before half-time... I'm incredibly proud of the team today."
Despite the challenging situation, Glasner commended his players for their resilience and determination. "They could have collapsed, but instead they grew stronger and defended brilliantly," he said.
The second half was a different story as Palace took the game to Bournemouth, creating numerous chances and causing problems for the visitors' defense. "They showed great spirit and confidence, even after the red card," Glasner added.
The manager was particularly pleased with the team's performance given their recent struggles, having lost to Manchester City and Newcastle in the previous week.
"I think it's more what changed in the last two games," Glasner explained. "We've shown time and time again that we can be consistent in our defense, but we've struggled to replicate that in recent matches."
However, against Bournemouth, Palace showed what they're capable of, and Glasner hopes it will provide a boost for the team moving forward.
"This point could be a turning point for us," he said. "The spirit on the pitch was fantastic, and the fans were amazing. I couldn't be happier with the result and the performance."
