During his four-year stay at Brighton, Sima had loan spells at Stoke City, Angers, Rangers, and most recently Brest, where he scored 10 goals in 39 appearances last season.
In a statement, Brighton's technical director David Weir said that the transfer suits all parties and gives Sima the opportunity to play regularly in an environment he is familiar with and has performed well in.
Weir also wished Sima the best for his future career, expressing the club's appreciation for his time at Brighton.
