Ian Woan and Steve Stone, two former wingers, have joined Dyche as his assistants. They have a strong following among Forest supporters and have a deep understanding of the club's culture.

Billy Mercer and Tony Loughlan will also be part of Dyche's team. Loughlan played for Forest between 1989 and 1993, while Mercer had a loan spell with the club in 1995.
