Hazard spoke on the YouTube channel 'Zack' about working with Conte: "When Antonio Conte arrived at Chelsea, it was a challenging time. In the first training sessions, we faced a lot of physical demands."
"We went to Los Angeles for a summer training camp. The heat was intense, and we trained twice a day. Initially, we struggled, but things changed when we implemented a new defensive strategy and N'Golo Kanté excelled in midfield." Hazard explained that the tough training sessions paid off, allowing them to arrive at matches in top condition, which contributed to their championship win.
Hazard also shared his thoughts on working with Sarri: "When Sarri joined the team the following summer, I knew it wouldn't be easy. I'd heard that Italian coaches can be demanding, but Dries Mertens told me I'd enjoy the season, just not during training sessions."
"Sarri's training methods were indeed intense and repetitive. We'd practice the same drills for hours. However, it ultimately led to our Europa League victory. Personally, I had a great season under Sarri, and I enjoyed the experience."
Hazard's comments provide insight into his time working with two prominent Italian coaches, highlighting the challenges and successes he experienced under their guidance.
