Textor missed a deadline to place his Palace shares in a blind trust, which would have assured UEFA that there would be no collaboration between the two clubs. As a result, Crystal Palace is at risk of being excluded from the Europa League.

Both Textor and Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish presented their case to UEFA officials at their headquarters in Nyon on Monday.
