In a post-match interview with Sky Sports, Dalot expressed frustration about the team's inability to capitalize on their lead and move up the league table.
"We need to find a solution," he said.
"It shouldn't be that we score a goal after fighting for 60 minutes and then we don't continue to control the game, have more possession, and be dominant," he explained.
"The play that led to the equalizer was a type of play we need to avoid, especially against teams that are skilled at counter-attacks and set pieces," Dalot noted.
"We knew West Ham would look for counter-attacks and set plays, and unfortunately, we couldn't hold onto the result," he said.
"In the end, I think it's more our fault than credit to West Ham," Dalot concluded.
