Palace had previously blocked a £35m move to Liverpool on deadline day, but Guehi may now be open to joining Real Madrid.

According to reports, Real Madrid's officials believe Guehi has a preference for playing for the Spanish club, partly due to his friendship with England teammates Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold, who already play for Real.

Guehi will be free to speak to foreign clubs from January, but he has stated that he does not want to leave Palace in the middle of the season.
