Maicon believes that Chivu has the right qualities to lead the team to success. "He is absolutely the right man," Maicon said. "I am biased because of our shared experiences, but I really think he has the human and professional qualities to start a new winning path."

Maicon acknowledged that Chivu has a tough job ahead of him, given the team's recent loss in the Champions League final. However, he is confident that Chivu knows how to bounce back from difficult situations. "He is loyal, tells things as they are, and gets straight to the heart of the problems," Maicon said.

Maicon also dismissed concerns about Chivu's lack of experience. "He did very well in Parma, and I don't think he lacks experience," Maicon said. "He has worked with great coaches and has learned how to manage a high-level team."
